A major multi-site AEM website transformation covering 600+ pages across Australia and New Zealand, including content migration, forms, DAM assets, stakeholder communications, UAT, SEO, accessibility and post-launch optimisation.
The project required a practical mix of website strategy and hands-on delivery: aligning stakeholders, managing migration priorities, improving content quality, supporting launch readiness and helping teams prepare for ongoing optimisation.
Selected outcomes: delivered ahead of schedule, with +10.5% unique visitors, +27.1% organic visitors and +44.4% engagement year-on-year.
Drupal To AEM Migration
A website consolidation and CMS migration project that brought three Drupal 7 websites into a unified Adobe Experience Manager platform, with a focus on UX, SEO, content migration, analytics, webforms and launch readiness.
The project consolidated a large digital footprint into a more consistent platform experience, improving governance, brand consistency, user journeys and the ability to optimise content after launch.
Selected outcomes: consolidated 250+ pages, 300+ images, 27 video modules and 9 webforms, delivered on budget and several weeks ahead of schedule.

A digital acquisition and content optimisation project covering Sitecore web optimisation, SEO, paid and organic social media, email marketing, campaign reporting and audience growth.
The work connected website optimisation, campaign planning, social media growth, Salesforce Marketing Cloud email activity, testing, reporting and ongoing performance improvement.
