Website transformation project putting SEO, accessibility, and CX/UX at the forefront of the 600+ webpage ‘shopfront’ with an entirely new AEM environment, DAM, content/experience fragments, new Marketo forms, content localisation, dynamic page tagging, redirect mapping, and go-live UAT.
Led local business marketing partners and digital marketing team to audit existing site, develop personas, create new content with an outside-in customer-centric focus. The Pacific region was ready in advance of its scheduled go-live date with outstanding YoY performance in unique visitors, organic visitors, and web engagement.
🖥️ Website Consolidation Project | Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
RMIT Training – 3 Drupal websites into 1 AEM site

Managed project to consolidate three existing Drupal 7 websites for improved sales conversion, user experience, cost saving, cyber security, and brand compliance.
Liaised with key stakeholders across 16 departments.
Managed user experience and research recruiting over 200 participants and 14 one-on-one interviews. Coordinated development and testing for the domains, components, templates, forms, and analytics.
Migrated and updated 100+ pages, 300+ images, 27 AA-compliant videos, and nine web forms onto a single Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) website. The project was ready to launch several weeks in advance.
